The League of Women Voters of Roseville Area, co-hosting with the Ramsey County Library, will host a panel of experts on ranked choice voting (RCV) with emphasis on how it works in cities. RCV allows voters the option to rank candidates in order of preference. We are fortunate to have as speakers:
